Your data is yours.
This page is maintained by Reality Architect to answer common questions about how the laboratory handles the data you contribute. It is not an independent certification.

When you sign in, we store an email address (via email/password or Google) and an optional display name. That is the entire account record.
When you record a Reality Entry, we store the intention, a domain tag, a lifecycle status, and an optional reflection note — linked to your account.
Only you. Every read, write, edit, and delete on the entries table is scoped to your account at the database layer (row-level security). No other signed-in member, no anonymous visitor, and no agent on the site can read another person's entries.
The team can access raw data only when strictly required for support or for diagnosing a technical issue — and never for analysis, publication, or third-party sharing.
The numbers on the homepage are aggregate counts only: how many participants are contributing, how many entries have been recorded, how many have been marked as manifested, and how many were logged today.
No intention text, no notes, no email addresses, no user identifiers, and no per-participant statistics are ever exposed publicly.
Sign-in uses email + password or Google. Passwords are never stored by Reality Architect — authentication is handled by our backend provider, which stores only a salted hash.
Sessions are stored in your browser's local storage. Signing out removes them immediately.
The application runs on Lovable for the website and on Lovable Cloud (Supabase under the hood) for authentication, database, and storage. Data is transmitted over HTTPS.
This is shared responsibility: the platform provides encrypted transport, managed authentication, and row-level security primitives; Reality Architect configures the access rules and decides what is collected.
We use only the cookies and local storage strictly necessary to keep you signed in. We do not run third-party advertising, behavioural-tracking, or cross-site analytics pixels.
Your entries persist until you delete them. You can delete any entry from your account at any time.
To delete your account and everything attached to it, email the address below and we will remove your profile and entries from the database.
